We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to save in-progress requests. If we use analytics tools, they collect aggregate usage statistics; we do not use cross-site advertising trackers on the request form.

7. Data retention

We keep project requests and account data for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion at any time (see “Your rights” below); some records may be retained where the law requires.
